使用壓緊(jin)機之前，請(qing)(qing)先對壓緊(jin)機的結構原理(li)進(jin)行(xing)了解。并請(qing)(qing)按照(zhao)以下操作(zuo)規程順序進(jin)行(xing)操作(zuo)。

  檢查(cha)電(dian)(dian)機給電(dian)(dian)是否正確，檢查(cha)油箱油位情況，如不足應加足。油泵(beng)電(dian)(dian)機方向以(yi)箭頭方向為準(zhun)。

  Check whether the motor switches correctly, check the oil box position in full and oil pump motor direction bases as the arrow direction.

  檢查推壓板(中間(jian))的潤滑度，如(ru)不足應加足，使之充(chong)分潤滑。

  Check the push plate (middle) lubrication degree in full.

  啟動電源開關(guan)后液壓系統(tong)工作，將書脊朝(chao)下(xia)放入。碰踏開關(guan)，推壓板向前擠(ji)(ji)(ji)壓。一定時(shi)間后自動退回(hui)到原(yuan)位以備(bei)下(xia)次擠(ji)(ji)(ji)壓。擠(ji)(ji)(ji)壓時(shi)間可(ke)由時(shi)間繼電器(qi)調(diao)節。

  Start the power switch, place the book spine downwards. Pedal the switch, the push plate extrudes forwards. After a certain time, it will automatically return the original position so as to prepare the next extrusion.
