  選好(hao)切(qie)(qie)角(jiao)刀，用(yong)手扳偏(pian)心輪(圖(2)中3)，調整好(hao)切(qie)(qie)角(jiao)刀的與圓角(jiao)銅墊的位置(zhi)，將被(bei)切(qie)(qie)物置(zhi)于工作(zuo)臺上，與兩小側板靠(kao)齊，尖(jian)角(jiao)與裁刀“R”中心對正，然后扳下手柄(bing)或(huo)踏板，當偏(pian)心輪開始(shi)運動后，再松開手柄(bing)或(huo)踏板。這(zhe)時切(qie)(qie)角(jiao)刀完(wan)成一個裁切(qie)(qie)循環后停(ting)于最高(gao)點。

  如踩住踏(ta)板(ban)、或扳(ban)手(shou)柄不放時(shi)，切刀將(jiang)(jiang)會連(lian)續裁切。用(yong)手(shou)扳(ban)動偏(pian)心(xin)輪調整切角刀上下(xia)行程時(shi)，應將(jiang)(jiang)切刀扳(ban)回到(dao)最高(gao)點，使連(lian)桿(圖(2)中2)垂直(zhi)于工作(zuo)臺位置(zhi)。否則，當扳(ban)下(xia)手(shou)柄(圖(2)中14)或踩下(xia)踏(ta)板(ban)(圖(2)中19)時(shi)偏(pian)心(xin)輪(圖(2)中3)將(jiang)(jiang)不會轉動即切角刀不能下(xia)切。

  If you step on the pedal, or when the wrench handle is not put, the cutter will cut continuously. When the eccentric wheel is used to adjust the angle cutter's up and down stroke, the cutter shall be pulled back to the highest point so that the connecting rod(2 in Figure(2)) is perpendicular to the table position. Otherwise, the eccentric wheel(3 in Figure(2)) will not rotate when the handle is pulled(14 in Figure(2)) or the pedal is stepped down(19 in Figure(2)), that is, the cutter can not cut down.
